HELP ISSUES RBR40

Hello-  I need help please.  I have the RBR40 with 3 extenders.  Something happened I have no idea.  Recently my WIFI was all messed up... but it seems mostly everything is connected now, except my Peloton.  It won't recognize the Orbi.  I can't log into the app say erro, and its not a user password error.  I've rebooted... I've unplugged, I've re downloaded the app.  Nothing works.

    - May we please know the current firmware version?

    - Can it detect the Orbi WiFi network? If so, what happen if you connect to it? 

    - Just to confirm, we are just having issue with the Peloton.
