Help no apps

Can't download any apps when on orbi network, if I change network to the modem bluestream no problem with downloading apps.

 

what settings do I need to change on orbi?

    Download apps on which device?  (Apple, Android, phone, tablet?)

    Downloading apps is the ONLY thing that does work?  i.e. web browser "browses OK"?  email works?

      Apple iPhone and iPad. Other things happening also.

      cant find forwarded web sites and if it does ,sways asks for password one id
