Help with intermittant connection drops on Orbi RBR50v2 and Verizon FIOS

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What CAT# LAN cable is being used in between the RBR and ONT? CAT6 is recommended.
Test a wired PC connected to the ONT for a period of time with the RBR off line to see if anything different happens.
Has a power OFF with the ONT and RBR for 1 minute or longer been performed?
Good day,
Yes, a power off for over 1 minute has been performed multiple times on each device. The information for the (recently replaced) ONT is as listed in the image below.
I have also tested the direct connection to the ONT without the Orbi, and have had uninterrupted connections for approx 48 hours. When wired through the Orbi or connected wirelessly, I've continued having approximately 8 per day.
Any ideas what might be the issue?
