Hello voyagersilver,
I understand that you are having issues with internet stability connecting the RBR50v2 to Verizon FIOS.
Please try turning off the Verizon FIOS wireless network.
Steps to turn off Verizon FIOS wireless network:
To turn off your Verizon Fios wireless network:
- Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your Verizon Fios router.
- Enter 192.168.1.1.
- A login window displays.
- Enter your user name and password.
The Main page displays.
Note: If you haven't logged in to your Fios router before, you are prompted to create a new user name and password. - On the Main page, click Wireless Settings > Basic Security Settings.
- Under Turn Wireless ON, select Off.
- At the bottom of the page, click Apply.

Kevin,
I have tried that stuff, but I do not have a Verizon Fios router. I only have the RBR50v2 connected directly to the ethernet coming from the ONT. Running in AP mode, as far as I know, would not resolve the issue. Do you have any other recommendations? Thanks.
