I don't see any provisions for having 2 subnets, so anything wired to the Orbi satellite in the rental, would be connected to the network and see devices. However if you password protect the devices you do not want accessed, you would be fine.
Regarding WIFI, setup the guest network and only give them access to that. You could name it tenant or whatever you want and have the separate password for access.

I appreciate your response. I have looked before and kind of figured that wasn't going to work. My rental is approximately 200 feet away from one of the satellties, so that may be an issue. Can I add an extender and give them access to the guess netowrk that way. So, RBR50 + two satellites, + ??? some kind of extender to give them guest access?
Thanks in advnce

If you are trying to go 200ft. I'd try another RBS50. I used an RBK53 system in a huge warehouse and had success. However it was a total open space, except the RBR50 was behind a window, the first satellite was 200 ft away, line of sight, and the second another 200ft, in an office. The office had fair signal around 150 Mbps.

What about an RBS50Y? Set it up. It would be abotu 50 feet from the fiurthest RBS50 satellite in my house, and then hang it on a wall facing the rental unit? Thoughts?
Last questions, Thanks Eric

What's between the home and the rental? Is it clear line of site? Not sure if WIFI would be good at the rental if the Orbi is 200 ft away. The difference in the warehouse is the fast strong backhaul was creating the mesh and the satellites and main router was in the proximity of the devices.
