I do not know if the security questions are "case sensitive" (like passwords).  You might try variations.

Otherwise, the "last resort" is the famous "Factory Reset":

After this is done:

• The WiFi SSID/password are reset to the values printed on the product label
• The web management credentials are "admin" and "password"
• When you connect to the Orbi web interface, the setup will strongly encourage you to change the password.

After you get set up again, it is probably a good idea to save the "configuration" to your computer so the next time you can take the option, "Don't set up from scratch.  I want to reload a previous configuration."

What NG router are you referring too? 

Try a factory reset on the router and walk thru the setup wizard...
