Unlike wired devices where an electrical voltage signals that a device is present, WiFi depends on devices sending or receiving data packets. You might try having the Attached Devices web page up, using the relevant apps to do "something" with the two appliances, and then refresh the web page.
I remember distinctly noticing one day (years ago) that my Nest Thermostat was not 'attached'. WTF??? I opened the Nest app, changed the temperature, messed around, and suddenly there it was. Closed the app and in about five minutes the thermostat went away. There is an open TCP connection directly between the Nest and the Nest "cloud", but neither of them sends data unless there is a reason to.
Judging by the number of posts, Orbi and attached devices is a constant issue on the forum. People rag on the Orbi 'app' all the time regarding the way devices are displayed (or not displayed).
Could you please humor a doddering old fool and try some experiments to see if those devices 'appear'?
Tried your suggestion using the Hunter Douglas Hub and the WN2500.
The HD Hub does not have a web interface using just the IP address, but I did activate things using the App, it worked properly. I also accessed the hub using some direct commands (http://XXX.XXX.X.XX/api/scenes?sceneId=13931) and that worked properly. I configured the WN2500 using the direct interface and that seemed to work.
But the devices still do not show up on the Orbi web pages. I'm beginning to suspect that there's some setting I need to change on the WN2500 since all the devices that are not showing up are all related to the WN2500

I doubt very much there is a 'setting' that needs to be changed on the Wn2500. The three devices appeared on the Orbi "Attached Devices" web page before. They should appear now.
I have used several WiFi "extenders" (temporarily) on my Orbi. One phenomenon surprised me. One of the WiFi extenders created bogus MAC addresses for the devices attached to it. i.e. when they connected directly to the Orbi, they appeared to have their harware MAC address, but when they connected through the WiFi extender they had a different MAC address. (and that caused the Orbi to assign them different IP addresses. Very annoying to an OCD person who wants things to be "just so".)
I've got no clue why these three devices have disappeared. Maybe one day they will reappear? I guess the "good news" is that they work!
