Home network remote connection

Dear Community,

 

I'm trying to setup a device that can help me connect my smart phone to my home network remotely, its required so i can access my smart home system, cameras and other IP devices on my home network.

 

Any ideas?

    Would need more information. Like ISP modem and main host router used? 

    Maybe contact the Smart Home System mfr for help and information regarding there product.
