Horrible customer service is an understatement-problems since 12/20/2020 unresolved

If anyone has a suggestion on how to get to a person that is capable of understanding English, capable of speaking it well enough to understand over their background noise while possessing the author...

Since all of us on this forum are community volunteers, and (as far as I can tell) NONE of us are Netgear employees, it might be a good idea to send a private message to one of the moderators and mention the support ticket number.  Just click on one of their links, such as Dustin_V or Blanca_O

    Thanks for the suggestion and I know that's the only possible way of getting real help.  I needed to vent before I ended up truly losing control over this.  I honestly don't get it but I don't think anyone on this side of the system does and that's the real issue.  Thanks again.
