What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Test the speed between the RBR and ISP modem/ONT by using the RBRs built in speed test on the RBRs web page.
Test the speed between your ethernet connected PC or laptop thru the RBR and ISP Modem/ONT by installing Ooklas installable speed test app on the PC/Laptop and test there.
