I've seen that link posted on here before... but just goes to the generic web page.?
You need to either sign in or create a account, then log in to access the online NG support features.
- I have an account and login....but the "manage profile section" allows you to change email but not telephone number.....i really need to change this soon please..otherwise my two step authentication will fail and I will lose security on my Orbi
I would file a support ticket and or contact a forum moderator to help you with this.
- The support ticket appears to asking to pay for an extended warranty... what platform do I contact the forum administrator? Are the those twitter names?
