What’s the best way to get a moderator to my page (or someone who has experience with changing verification methods)?

Send a private message to one of moderators by clicking on their screen name. Moderators have a stylized capital 'N' after their name where the rest of us have some goofy symbol.
Explain the details of the situation, such as the things one would never post on a public formus (emails, serial numbers, etc.)
