How do I disable the landing page?

Hello,

We got an Orbi with LTE to connect some work laptops to our network via VPN. We need the unit to provide internet access to our laptops but it keeps asking the users to sign into a landing page, but the landing page is blocked on our laptops because of the VPN. I already set up the SSID and password using my cellphone through the landing page. But now its still asking our work laptops to connect to the landing page.   How do I disable the landing page so it functions like regular WIFI router?
