The CBK40 is a cable modem thus requires being connected to a Cable ISP service. Does Frontier support Cable modems? FIOS is usually a Fiber Optic system. You'll need to contact Frontier and ask them if they support this or the CM700 on there ISP service. If they don't and you still want to use a Orbi system, return the CBK40 and replace it with a RBK40 or RBK50 or 53. These models do not have a built in modem.

CBR40 or CBK40 does NOT support Frontier/FiOS ISP.
Frontier/Verizon FiOS do not support any CABLE MODEM and they rely on old DSL technology or new Fiber technology both of which are not compatible with CBR40.
It will work on Cable ISPs such as Xfinity/Comcast, Spectrum/Charter/TimeWarner, Cox, etc.
