How far away / how many floors in a building can Orbi Satellite be from mobile device ?

I have a plug in the cellar, where I can connect the ORBI Satellite. My car park is one floor lower. Can I have access with my mobile device, when I am located in the car park ?

    it depends on what the construction material are between the cellar and car park 

     

    i suspect its reinforced concrete and if so the answer would be no and no other router would ether
