You can try the following, on your own risk:

  1. Please take a backup of your system under >> ADVANCED >> Administration >> Backup Settings,  in case you will need it! :)
  2. Telnet to Orbi router
  3. root@RBR50:/# config get http_username    --> admin
  4. root@RBR50:/# config get http_loginname    --> admin
  5. root@RBR50:/# config sethttp_username="the username you want"
  6. root@RBR50:/# config set http_loginname="the username you want"
  7. root@RBR50:/# config commit
  8. Repeat the same procedure on the satellite(s)
