How to change hostname on a 2nd Orbi Satellite RBS50?
Hi, I have 2 RBS50 on my network and want to monitor them by their hostnames rather than by their dynamic IP addresses. The hostname of both satellites is rbs50. Can this hostname be changed or is it...

I named them Sat1 and Sat2 and this is how they look in the browser with the fully specified name.

Changing the device name is not what I was looking for.
The Orbi devices have a build-in web server where you log in with "admin" and your password. My router for example can be reached by the url "http://rbr50.fritz.box" (on my local home network). So "rbr50" is the hostname. For the two RBS50 satellites the hostname is rbs50. But when I enter "http://rbs50.fritz.box" I never can tell which device will answer. I need to change one of the hostnames. Hostnames can not include spaces. I hope this helps to clearify my request.

My Orbi system is set up in AP mode behind a Verizon router and I was able to configure a different host name for the sat's in the router config. Not quite the same as setting the host name in the Linux OS on the Orbi but it achieved the desired result.

Roamabout so how does the URL now look like when you want to connect to your satellite via browser?
