How to connect to 2.4GHz devices to the orbi
I have bought a HeimVision 1080P Security Camera HM203 UG WiFi Home Indoor Camera with smartphone app which only connects to a 2.4ghz but it's connecting to my ORBI which it should connect to both 2....

This camera supports only the 2.4G WiFi frequency. It cannot possibly connect to any 5G WiFi anywhere. (ever)

When you go through the setup process, be assured that it is connecting to the router at 2.4G. That is all it is capable of doing.
Nothing needs to be done to the router.
