FURRYe38 If I click on your link I go to what looks like Netgear's product page. If I type 192.168.1.1 I go to my router settings.
I click on the advanced tab but I don't see any checkbox that says Broadcast on SSID to uncheck

Netgear provided a feature to enable/disable broadcasting the WiFi SSID on the original Orbi models. That feature was dropped when the newer products were introduced. (This is one of the pitfalls of trying to continue a discussion from 2020 rather than begin a new discussion.)
The vast majority of Internet of Things (IoT) devices connect to Orbi WiFi systems as easily as they do to any other mesh WiFi. Unfortunately, there are some products which have poorly written application software which makes the original setup difficult. (Once the device has been connected to the customer WiFi system, this problem disappears.)
I suggest beginning a new conversation. Please include:
- Which specific Orbi system is being used. (From the product label on the bottom of the router.)
- Which specific device is being connected to WiFi.
- A link to the vendor instructions for connecting the device to WiFi.
- A description of where in the process the failure occurs.
