Did you try the steps that I outlined in the 2nd post on this thread? I haven't gone through the process recently (assuming newer firmware out now... haven't really been paying attention) but many folks have use my method to work around this problem.

guzzijason, I was close to giving up yesterday, and frankly I'm still leaning that way, but I wanted to give your solution one last try. The issue that I'm runnng into may very well be firmware related, and your solution may not work with the latest update. Most of the posts that I'm reading are dated 2017, 18 and 2019, which I'm guessing are referring to solutions compatible with the older firmware. I'm running Mac OS 10.15.3 which is the latest version of Mac OS. I've tried both ways, the telnet as well as the nc, and neither seem to work. All I get is an error "command" message. Do you have any further suggestions? Or maybe any clarifications that I may be missing? Thanks in afvance.

It is entirely possible that recent firmware updates have broken my script. I haven't been poking around inside the Orbi much lately, because frankly... its just working fine for me, and I haven't had to. However, as soon as I get a chance, I'll take another look and try to see what, if anything, has changed.

Thanks guzzijason, I'll hold off doiing anything drastic for now.
