I have two Orbi networks on my Orbi app - my home network and the network for our rental property about 300 miles away. I will not be able to get to the rental property for at least another month so ...

Hi Master FURRYe38:
Thank you for your assistance. I don't know the answers to a lot of your questions. I did not do much configuration when I set the mesh network up so probably a lot is default settings. But I will do my best to answer your questions one by one.
- I have no idea what FW stands for, but what is probably loaded is whatever is the default.
- ISP is Time Warner Cable
- 1225 Sq Ft
- I do not know the distance between router and satellite. I did not measure it when I installed. I picked locations around the house that I felt gave the best coverage. I also purchased an additional satellite for the outdoor kitchen.
- I have no idea what channels I'm using or what settings. Again probably the default.
- I am sure there are wifi neighbors but I can not check from 300 miles away
- I will try your suggestion of removing the app and contacting NG. I assumed since my 90 days is up that they would not provide any additional support, but it's worth a try.

- I have no idea what FW stands for, but what is probably loaded is whatever is the default. Firmware. You can check this by logging into the routers web page at orbilogin.com. Will show version towards upper right hand corner of page. Ask a nieghbor to help with you with this that near by the remote site.
- ISP is Time Warner Cable Can you give us the model # and Manufacturer of the modem at the remote location?
- 1225 Sq Ft This size of remote home, the base router would be all thats needed. Maybe 1 additional satellite depending.
- I do not know the distance between router and satellite. I did not measure it when I installed. I picked locations around the house that I felt gave the best coverage. I also purchased an additional satellite for the outdoor kitchen. The distance is important as having the satellite(s) too close to the base router, with in 30 feet, can cause problems.
- I have no idea what channels I'm using or what settings. Again probably the default.
- I am sure there are wifi neighbors but I can not check from 300 miles away You can see whos near by by using a wifi scanner on a mobile device: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/network-analyzer-lite-wifi/id562315041?mt=8
