How to get all devices secured on the network?

Question

I just purchased and installed this orbi RBK50-100NA AC3000 system yesterday. After installation, 7 devices were listed. However my&nbsp;HP laptop and iPad both continue running a loop of being secured to connecting. They won't remain secured. How can this be resolved? Help Please...
