These colors are observed on the Orbi Power LED (on the back?)

Surely there are more symptoms than the power LED color?
What else is wrong?
Alas, I have never witnessed a Power LED blinking RED, and fear this is, "bad. very, very bad."
Does the top ring LED slowly pulsate WHITE or Blink WHITE?
Can you access the RBRs web page with a wire connected PC and web broswer at 192.168.1.1?
