Cannot connect Orbi 2200 to internet

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    What error messages and prompts do you see?

     

    What do the LEDs show?

     

    What do you mean by Orbi 2200? That is not a model number. Look for that on the label on the thing.
