I have an Orbi RBR40 lost network name
My Orbi router all of a sudden stopped working I rebooted it and my network name is gone from the WiFi network list. All that shows up is the Orbi name

What Firmware is currently loaded?Factory reset the RBR, use a wired PC connected to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard with a web browser.
- Is there an easy way to factory reset it?

Tell us more about what is going on here.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
