I lost my internet communication. How do. Restart? Help!

1. what router are you using? 

2. firmware on it? 

3. what modem is it connected to? 

4. did it work before? what caused it to stop? What have you done to try to resolve the issue. 

try powering the modem and router off and disconnecting all the devices from both including coax from modem.

connect the coax back to the modem, power on the modem. give it several minutes. 

connect the router to the modem. power the router on, give it several minutes. 

try it.
