What modem are you connected to?
The modem's name is TG2492LG-LIB
the TG2492LG is a modem/router combo device. Its why you're having nat issues. Its called a double nat. It happens when you're running 2 routers on the same networks both running in router mode.

the 2 easiest fixes? You can either put the arris device in passthrough/modem only mode (contact isp for help with this) or you can place the netgear in AP (access point) mode.
I see. i'll definitely try these solutions. So, how do i make the netgear in access mode? If it doesn't work, I'll call the ISP for help.

Thank you for the help. Unfortunately, I did made the netgear as an access point, however it didn't change much. The netgear is in the living room and i use the ps4 in my room, using the satellite as wifi. I should probable call the ISP so they can assist me with what you mentioned before.
