I updated router before satellites and now can't manually update sats
I have exactly the same problem. Did anyone get a suggestion?
Downgrade the CBR back to prior working version. Then update the RBS.
Be sure your updating CBR and RBS FW what come with the CBR from this linked site:

DO NOT USE FW versions from the RBK7 series system for your RBS. Will NOT work!
