Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

There have not been any issues until a week ago. I believe it corresponds to my firmware being updated but I’m not positive. The iAquaLink won’t connect anymore and the orbi doesn’t even recognize that it is wired in. Nothing else has changed with my setup and I’m at a loss for what to do to remedy the issue. Any help/knowledge would be very appreciated.
