iDrive fails every time, but only on my ORBI network, works fine on the ISP's wifi
For the last month I've been getting an error message from iDrive backup service, every time I use it, that I must have an "intermittent" internet connection. This is not over a long period. It come back in 5 seconds from the command to back up, so it's not a long outage. The wierd thing is whenever I'm on another network, even the ORBI wifi at my work, iDrive works perfectly. It even works on my ISP's network. What is the deal?

What Orbi product are you referring too?
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.
