incomplete device list

I have a Orbi RBR50 and I am at version V2.5.1.16 and I still have an incomplete device list.  is there any update or suggestions

    Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS. 

    Try a different browser, IE11, Edge, Firefox or Opera
