Initial setup

Is this the promised Netgear support. I’ve been trying to decifer the secret of getting any kind of help from Netgear
Bought orbi, followed setup instructions , no inter connection. Repeated 10 times and still no go

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
    You should be connecting a wired PC to the ORbi router and using a web browser, navigate to orbilogin.com and walk thru the setup wizard. This will help you get the orbi connected to the Modem. Please give more details of the ISP modem or services the Orbi is connected too. 

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
