Intermittent connection problems
After a period of three years with no issues, my connection speed and stability is eradicatic. The Orbi app keeps telling me that it cannot connect to the router. The system was previously working fine with three satellites.
How can I check for a hardware fault? Any ideas....?!!

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What firmware is on the router?
Does the issue happen with hardwired devices or just wireless devices?
