What mode is this modem working in? This has a built in router and wifi, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Thanks for the help. Never heard of the Double NAT issue but great to learn something new. However, since the unit has been working ok for couple months before this happen, I am not quite sure if Double NAT is the issue. Hence, thanks sharing the "Most Stable Orbi Configurationlast" from Nibir , things seems to be stablized now. No more Internet outage after the changes. What I changed are :-
03. Fast Roaming - Disable
07. Logs - Untick logging of DoS attacks and Port scans
08. Channel 1 for 2.4 Ghz ( I changed from Auto to 1 ) and Channel 36 for Ghz ( No Change )
Will keep monitoring for couple more days and see how it goes. Thank you all :)- alokeprasadDec 14, 2020Mentor

Curious about this recomendation.
Doesn't this depend on other WiFi signals present in the environment? Why isn't Auto or the default a good choice?
Seems rather prescriptive for everyone to select the same channels. It could be counterproductive if Orbi was very common and my neighbors follwed the same advice!
