Internet connection disconnect intermittently
Hello everyone! Do you guys have issue with internet connect disconnected intermittently? It happens to me always after I’ve updated my firmware to the latest version which is 2.6.3.1. Previously it happened once a time but now almost every day. Do you guys know how to fix it?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try a full power OFF of the RBR and ISP modem for 1 minute then back on first with the modem then RBR...
- Malaysia TM Internet service provider and Huawei modem which provided by the ISP. I’ve request them to reset the system from ISP’s site but the issue is still the same so I’m not sure the problem is by whom...
