what model Orbi do you have?
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Firm:2.3.5.30The user manual for this modem suggests it has NAT already built in. This can cuase problems if you install another router which also has NAT built in. Thu giving problems your seeing in this kind of configuration.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly. Ask them about disabling NAT on the modem:https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1419237/Huawei-Ea380-123.html?page=45#manual
2. If you can't bridge the modem or disable NAT, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
