Putting the wifi IoT devices on the guest network is already separating them from your home LAN.
One idea mentioned here for putting wired devices on the guest network is to buy a simple low cost range extender that has an ethernet port, pair that range extender to the Orbi guest network, and use the ethernet port on the range extender (with switches, as necessary) for wired devices.
