iPhone 5s cannot reach internet via Orbi...

We have many devices connected fine through Orbi, including other iPhone 5S but one of them (running iOS 11.1.2), can't get to the Internet through its' 192.168.0.200 address.  the 5S wi-fi does work as it can connect to my iPhone Personal Hotspot and it connects to others.

I've done a Reset Network Settings on iPhone but it didn't help.

I just upgraded to the latest Orbi firmware today - same result.

Ideas?

    Orbi assigns 192.168.1.xxx Ip addresses by default have you tried to assign the phone a different IP address.
