    Disconnected everything and started from scratch and now everything works.  Thanks for the assist.

What FW is the CBR40 loaded with? 

What iOS version are you using on the iPhone? 

 

Might enable remote management on the CBR40, save settings then try the phone app again. 

 

I have mine working on a iphone 6SP iOS 11.4
