iPhone is telling me my Orbi security is weak

My iPhone is now telling me my Orbi wifi security is weak.  Nothing has changed and I have it set where it has always been set on WPA2-PSK.  What else to do when there isn't another setting to use?  ...

    Yes, ensure you are set to WPA2-AES only. I don't see this on my iphone 12max with iOS 14.4 loaded. 

     

    And what firmware version are you using again?
