iPhone XR shows connection but doesn't work on Orbi router

my iPhone shows connected but doesn't work with my internet. My mac laptop takes a long time to load a new site, then works properly. I've tried so many things to try to correct. Help please.

    What modem/gateway do you have? 

    What orbi model do you have? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    Are any other devices having issues?
