This question has been asked before, and the answer is "Sorry. No."
This is just my opinion, but I think this is sort of like the reason the Tivo does not have a power switch. The whole point of having it is to available to record programs 24/7. No switch to bump accidentally. I was dumbfounded to learn that the way to power off my Tivo was to pull the cord out of the wall or turn off a plug strip.
With nearly everything being connected to WiFi these days, the expectation is probably that the internet is always available.
I am sure there are WiFi systems that can schedule to turn the radios off, but have no idea what they may be. Since the question has been asked before, maybe a search of the forum will turn up what people purchased instead of Orbi.

Several Netgear routers offer this feature. For example, the much loved R7800.
As the manual says:
"You can turn off the WiFi signal from your router at times when you do not need a WiFi connection. For example, you might turn it off for the weekend if you leave town."
Orbi devices are designed to be simple to set up and use. This often means removing features that you can get in less basic routers.
To see if a device supports this feature, get the manual and look for "Set Up a WiFi Schedule"
