Is my house to small for a Satellite? Nothing is ever connected to it.

Nothing ever shows being connected to the Orbi satelite on the app. I have it upstairs and the base unit downstairs.  Maybe my house to small for both?

I am greating great reception regaurdless. by maybe I just need one unit for the moment?

PLease advise! Thanks

    hi with the new fw the attached device list has changed so it doesnt show whats actually connected to the sats/s

     

    access the gui for each sat by its ip address and click on its own attached device list and you will see if anything is attached to it

     

    if you on 2 floors you def need a router and sat
