Is the Orbi RBR20 EOL?
The last firmware update was released in spring 2022. Has this system reached end of life/end of service? I'm concerned about the security of my network.

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
The RBR20 will no longer receive firmware updates in regards to additional features. However, it will receive security firmware updates when it is required.

Not that we know of. Though the AC series of Orbi is older in age, doesn't mean it's EoL unless NG posts it. Also as Orbi models mature, not as many FW updates are needed. Unless there are glaring problems seen.

- Not really any particular reason i'm worried about security - i've just heard that router manufacturers don't always stay on top of things, and 1.5 years seems like a really long time to not receive any updates. Every other device I have gets updated far more frequently.
