I evacuated for Hurricane Laura and before I left I had powered down and unplugged my modem and router. The modem is a Nighthawk MR1100 and going to the Orbi RBK20W. Upon returning home and plugging e...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

I tried all the above steps as recommended without any improvements. I tried removing my Orbi completely and only used my old Netgear router and after a few hours it too lost connection. My modem is the Nighthawk MR1100 with an ATT sim card. I put a new sim card in and had it synced with the tower closest to me. This didn't improve anything. So, if I have the same issues between 2 routers to the same modem at seperate times, but the modem never gives a message that it has lost connection to the internet, then what shoud I diagnose next? I'm running out of things to do here.

Unplugging devices for long periods of time can cause issues sometimes.
If you removed the Orbi completely and still had an issue, it is definitely not the Orbi.
More than likely you are losing connection to the ATT tower, or There is something wrong with the MR1100, as there are many complaints about it dropping the network. Try searching the net with the symptoms pointing to the MR1100. I found several topics on how to possibly fix it. This was the most common:
Get a new sim card. Ggo into settings and select LTE ALL under network settings
