jhow do I change or add a phone number to my common account?
I need to add my phone number to my commom account, also to use for two step verification
What product are you referring too?
i guess that is it I also have an extender but its just not working like it says nor does any info work for it. but i am trying to add my phone number to my netgear common account or the app so I can use it for 2 step verificqtion because when I had it there half the number was not visible and I was not recieving texts sent to that number. so i can only surmise that it was entered wrong or changed some how. been having alot of trouble with my neighbors getting into my system to sabotage my cameras

thanks but it is obvious i will not recieve any help all they do is haqve me verify info and transfer me around then drop the call. i have spent countless hours qttqched to my phone unable to go anywhere or do anything and after all that i still have no soultion. sorry u couldnt help either. boiut to take this equipment back i am so fed up
