Just got RBK50. Devices are refusing to connect to satellite.
So i got the RBK50 today and set it up. Signal strength is good. They are about 10-13m/35-40ft away from each other separated by 3 walls. I go to the back of the house with he satellite being th...
Botht he orbi website and orbi app both state that the satelite is connected.
I have had my wife move to the other side of the house where the signal from the satelite should absolutly be the strongest. I have checked the app and the website and they both state that everything is still on the router.
I'm at a loss. I have a less than functional paperweight that I paid good money for. I got this as I was told that it is easy to settup and works great.
Just to top things off the playstation 4 which is about 3 meters/ 9 ft away from the router in plain rsight just connected to the satelite which is 12 meters/ 36 feet away from the satelite.... Though 2 walls.
