I had the same issues other have experienced: With 2.1.4.10, ethernet backhaul no longer works, and if I leave the ethernet cable connected to the satellite, the entire network becomes unusuable. Spent hours trying to fix: factory resets, many reboots, as suggested by Netgear support, downgraded to 2.1.3.4 but it auto updated right back to 2.1.4.10 within one hour. And I don't want to rely on an unsupported backdoor-- telneting to disable the autoupdate flag as others have suggested elsewhere, not a way I want a product at this price point to behave. Firmware updates need to be user controlled: option to turn on autoupdates, option to turn off auto updates, option to install, skip or postpone an update. All other good computing related products provide those options. I don't want to be forced to be a beta tester of new firmware. Makes no sense. I am still within the window to return the system so am hoping for a fix soon.
