Does management ever look at the feedback from users, or is someone just blowing smoke up your butt.
It is clear you have a dev team on this project with absolutely no QC skills and a project manager who could care less. Netgear. Wake up!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so thankful I was able to return my Orbi to Costco.
After that experience I have learned to really appreciate my eero network. The setup was amazing, performance is fast and consistent.
At some point consumers have to calculate how valuable their own time is fooling around with this system and decide what to do.
I will never return to another netgear product again.
Curious to see how long this post lasts before they remove it.
