Hello, DNS Issues: It's possible the DNS server used by your router is having trouble resolving certain websites or services. You could try changing the DNS servers on your Orbi LBR20 router to a public DNS such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1). IP Address Problems: It could also be an IP-related issue. Try releasing and renewing the IP address on your router, or turning off your router for a few minutes to reset your connection. ISP Throttling: In some cases, an ISP might limit (throttle) traffic to certain services, like Netflix. Check with Verizon to see if this could be the issue. VPN or Firewall Settings: If you are using a VPN or have an active firewall, they might be causing connectivity problems. Try disabling them to check if this resolves the issue. Firmware Update: Make sure your router has the latest firmware updates.
